Hi there,
I have an issue with the ships flags on the sailing screen. Sometimes they show up in bright pink so that you cannot determine the nationality of a ship unless you close in for battle. I play with the Amiga flag pack and some of my own flags. I cannot find a mistake in the name structure of the files. Is it a known problem and can it be solved?
Greets,

It might be a bug in the game but it's never once happens to me. Haven't heard many complaints about this happining either. Have you messed around with the game settings any to see if this stops? Does the flags that came with the game already ever turn pink, purple or canary yellow? |

It sounds like a graphics problem. These old mods may be reaching the end of their lives and starting to become corrupted. Save/export each file as a .png and re-save/export as .dds DXT3 to refresh them. Easy to do if you have Gimp with the .dds plug-in, takes only seconds and might be worth a try. |

I'm using Gimp and surely I will give it a try. Thanks. _________________ Never pay more than 20 bucks for a computer game!
