If I don't make it back before Easter then hide your own eggs.

I'm expecting the Easter Bunny to leave me a map to my Easter basket! I hope he doesn't hide it north of Vera Cruz again.

Sounds like a good mod. Instead of buried treasure why not find Blackbeards Easter eggs.

I played the part of a Roman soldier at a Good Friday re-enactment yesterday, and will be attending a sunrise service tomorrow. I''ve carefuly hidden my partner's chocolate Easter rabbit so she doesn't eat the ears off before Sunday.
I wish my fellow pirates a Happy Easter

I've spent 30+ hours in church services the past week, and I'll be headed out shortly for tonight's 3.5-hour extravaganza. In Orthodoxy there's no such thing as too much!

Glad y'all are going to church service. Bart Roberts the devil himself would be proud of ya.

Borrowing from Roland's idea about maps I drew up a couple for each of my girls. They found their Easter baskets and the chocolate rabbits are now earless. Happy Easter to all.

Now - here is a question that I do not have the answer to - how did sailors celebrate Easter... ?

Probably the same way they celebrated everything else - with heavy drinking! And perhaps some venison on the boucan if they were anchored near land and the hunting party was successful.

I've been searching and searching but have found no references to Easter Celebrations on old sailing ships, pirate or not. Sorry!
