I had the same problem with Laptopdancing (what a bizarre word Smile ).

Make sure you HOLD DOWN the FN key , then you've got the numpad.

Don't think there exist an FN LOCK though. Or...?

Yup, you have to hold the Fn down in order to use the numpad on the keys. Of course, you could also remap they keys to the letters themselves, so you would not need to use the numpad at all, but you'd actually have to edit a text file to do that... Very Happy

Yes, editing that text file is pretty annoying as you have to repeat the remap for every single possible occasion that they are used...

I use the "Fn" key but is there a way to actually use the numlock in game? I mean I turn on the numlock but when I get in the game it doesn't work, I have to use the"Fn" key... I am playing with the patched 1.02 version btw...

Well, I like Pirates so much that I found a laptop with a seperate num pad built in. HP has several.

Many modern laptops have numpads - just got my wife a 16" Asus laptop for Christmas that has one.

Could always use one of the Rubber Flexible Keyboards to put into the Laptop bag - if you cannot afford a new laptop.
