I looked it up too, he's right. It is the world's hottest pepper. There is a Youtube video of a couple of guys eating them and it looks pretty stupid! |

Yes, according to Guinness, the Carolina Reaper is the world's hottest pepper. Actually, it has been surpassed twice already - the last time by the same guy who developed the Carolina Reaper - but these days they are breeding ever hotter peppers faster than Guinness can keep up! |

That brings back some old memories of my wife after we first met slipping hot Thai peppers in my hamburger or whatever else I tried to eat. Must be funny to watch someone burn up when they aren't expecting it. Anyway next questin. Where is it believed to rain diamonds? |
