You are absolutely right! Mendoza and Raymondo both work for Monty in the Kidnapping business! I have heard this in my Tavern many times from sailors, captains and even passengers who drop by. You know, like those infant changing stations in the restrooms. Drop off a wet one, pick up a fresh one. I never tried it myself, but I've been tempted to suggest it to other tables in a restaurant.

I believe the stations you refer to are self-serve. No, I don't mean the baby does it, I mean you bring your own child in, change the diaper, and bring your own child out.

What struck me about the sign is that there are no spaces between the words. Kid Sex Change is just as valid an interpretation as Kids Exchange.

You know, for all those boys who really wanted a baby brother, moms who think that a little girl would be quieter and better behaved (don't count on it) etc.

My Mom is of the opinion that boys are better.
When they don't want to do what they're told, they object, and then one way or another matters are resolved. Girls, on the other hand tend to consent, and then disobey, or drag their feet, or complain, etc. Etc.
