Hello all. I am new here. Guys, I know about challenge pack, who include slower aging, relations with pirates, indians and jesuits, etc. But what about cut content? You can find it on Pirate-o-Pedia, but never in game: like artillery in land battles, indian warriors on player side, etc. Does exist a mod that restores this? |

Not as far as I know. I don't think they "finished" a lot of stuff. iirc there was a thread with people talking about switching up the units in battle, I don't think they made any progress, you'd have to search for it (or play with the code in a hex editor)
There's other stuff in the code about a plague befalling a city and having to escort an Indian medicine man to heal them (or not, if he doesn't make it), but that didn't make it in as well.
Also lines about top 10 pirates heading to a specific city (like the updates you get about Montalban), not sure that's ever used though? |

Wow. Its so interesting... I even dont know about this. Damn, this game need a good remake, using all this features, but fully finished. |

There is a pirate captain nif in the game that is never used in the game. I’ve used it before and it works but that must have been a unfinished project perhaps like making the pirates able to govern cities. As already mentioned there is stuff in the executable that never happens in the game. Usually what happens is a time limit gets set and later when it’s obvious that it’s going to take longer than planned then they start abandoning parts they feel that it’s okay to do without. |

Note. I’ve deleted the post of the exact same thing. Please post once. I understand the thinking is it will draw more responses by listing in various columns but most of us here read everything that comes through so it isn’t necessary and it’s more tidy to have only one post of the same thing. |

what's the extra pirate captain nif called? He'd be like captain of the guard but for a hypothetical pirate city I guess? |

I’ll look it up tomorrow seems like it was something like pirate captain. He doesn’t have any weapons so it’s a non combative nif. He can dance he can replace the Jesuit. He was meant for a talk too role like the Jesuit nothing else. |

There's a pirate_captain.nif file in the pak5.fpk compressed file, and a pirate_captain.dds file in the pak6.fpk compressed file. |
