This will work outside of the cut scenes.
If you found a way to remove it inside cut scenes then enlighten me and I'll add it.

Go to the following map:
C/User/your name/Appdata/local/TheCastingofFrankStone/Saved/config/windows, and open engine.ini.
In this file you'll add the following:

Enjoying the game a lot, if you're a fan of Super Massive or Dead by Daylight you'll find a lot to enjoy here. If you don't like one of those, you probably won't enjoy it. Some of the acting is good, some is okay. I have been enjoying the story, you REALLY need to be someone okay with similar games such as Until Dawn where it is more of playing a movie/TV show, and less of a game.

Over all very happy so far, hope they keep doing games like this in the DBD universe.

For everyone having issues this solved my problem and it might solve yours.

* Change to FSR3 and change the option to quality. Set the target frame rate to what your monitor can handle.
* Then change your image sharper to 70. And set your Screen Percentage to 66.
* Switch Frame Generation to on.

Since then I have gone from struggling to play on Low - to 165 FPS on Ultra.
