the only way they could do that is by, either placing them on a demo disc.
or allowing you to get them whilst playing on xbox live. But that could be a little bit unsafe.

There may be a way to place mods for the xbox version but only if a modchip is installed on the xbox. Having a modded xbox allows you to connect your computer to the xbox, gaining access to all of the files contained on its harddrive; just about all of the modchips and "dashboards" have an FTP server feature built right in so you can transfer files to and from the xbox and your computer.

Now, if the xbox version of this game can be modded... that's another matter. In the case of another game, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, since the xbox version is practically identical to the PC version, a lot of the mods made for the PC version would work for the xbox as well.

SW:KOTOR made it easy for people with a modded xbox to install mods for the game because that game had an xbox Live feature as well, presumably for the purpose of obtaining extra content and enhancements for the game. So when you put the game disc in and start the game, it will create a folder on the harddrive called "OVERRIDE", and any files placed in this folder will be used in place of whatever aspect/item in the original game.

I am in no way an expert on this matter, and all that I've said is what I've learned when looking into using mods for my KOTOR game. I can only hope for someone to take enough interest in making mods work on the xbox. (please! please!)

Yeah, that's the one major thing I dislike about the Xbox version. No mods. Gets pretty old with the unchangeable generic looking player character.
