Intel provides a workaround for certain games and CPUs with Denuvo DRM issues

DRM is using the wrong cores.
Because of this solution, the efficiency cores of the Alder Lake processor are put into standby mode to prevent them from causing problems in the affected games. This is how you can benefit from it:
Turn on the system and enter the system BIOS setup.
Enable Legacy Game Compatibility Mode to ON (one time) in the BIOS.
Save and exit BIOS setup changes.
Boot into the operating system.
Turn on the keyboard scroll lock key.
Launch the affected game title.
Turn off the keyboard scroll lock key after exiting the game title
Intel said that “a software fix has been identified by the manufacturer of the affected DRM software and is being rolled out.†|

Denuvo outage leaves PC games unplayable... yep. Big games like Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Football Manager 2022 & Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy (& way more) all got hit. It gets worse when we look into Intel's new Alder Lake chip too...
