two common problems with exporting NIFs in Blender


exporting an object being a weighted object and retaining the size and position

the non-uniform error. This happens when weighting a model. The reason in short is there's extra information in there.

When you import a .nif you have to manually add the
"Texture Search Path" in the cell on the upper left part
of the import window to view textures in blender.
