My tutor was extremely atrocious.

Sorry if this is rude, but there is no polite way to say this. Swedes who teach Swedish basically can't do any other kind of work in Sweden.

Via using dictionaries, I can speak multiple-languages flatlent < Icelandic-Old-English-Term > .

Apparently, dictionaries are allowed in-exams; svo-and-so, skill-in-using-dictionaries actually qualifies as making one fluent in languages!

There an old Business saying

Those that can do!

Those that can't Teach

(no disrespect to Teachers , but the pension and long summer holiday's
seem to have more to do with a Teaching career choice rather than any great desire to Teach for most)

Some personality screening could go a long way to improve matters
as certain people have no business being in a classroom trying to teach

Since we've gone off topic:

Where I live the school districts have a hard time filling vacancies in two positions: Teachers and bus drivers.

The pay is not worth the sh*t they have to put up with from students and parents.

The superintendent of a school district near me earns $310,000 per year. Two years ago he was voted an annual pay raise of $42,287.

Base starting salary for a teacher with no experience is $52,000.

The base starting salary for a bus driver is $14.26 an hour. As the position only requires a commercial driver's license (CDL), folks apply for the job, get the school district to pay for the CDL training and license, then quit to drive trucks.

I think McDonald’s pay $16.00 an hour here but before you pack your bags to come the cost of living out here is ridiculous. Housing is unrealistic. Gas around 4.65 Carton of Marlboro’s is $97.
