I just started playing again for the first time since about 1995. Had a blast with my first replay, turned my Englishman into both a French and English duke, rescued all my family, got the 4 Inca treasures, got the treasure fleet and silver train twice, converted almost every city to be either French or English, married the hottest daughter, ended up 111/100 pirate points and King’s Advisor at 36  what fun! I’ll be playing again very soon
Information I cannot find online and haven’t yet worked out by experimenting:
-Minimum crew for every vessel (except Pinnace which I deduced is 8 men)
-Cargo capacities of the Fast Galleon and Frigate
Anyone have this info? |

Thank you! I had found some of these links but most are new to me! I now know all of the cargo capacities, hooray
I had in particular found the Fandom Wiki, which under “1987†section of the Crew article, states:

For the 1990 Amiga version, I have confirmed this as false. If I reduced my crew to 7 men, and attempted to continue travels with a Pinnace, I was presented with a dialogue reading “you have not enough crew to man your last ship so, reluctantly, you abandon itâ€. I was then captured and sent to prison.
However with 8 men I was allowed to continue as normal.
I can’t find the minimum figures for each vessel anywhere for this version… I’m not at all familiar with the 2004 version though, does this have minima listed anywhere?
