Have you ever read "eaters of the dead"? It was supposedly written by a real ambasador of Baghdad. He travels with a group of Vikings in Norse land to kill "the fog" (A cult-like army of beastmen. This is also the movie, the 13th warrior.)
So, there is some historical proof to the book and it a great book to grasp Viking life. |
