Haha, this should be easy for me, but I'm kind of a noob, so I can't find a location on a map unless it has something at the water. But there is no water on this map Shocked so I can't find his hideout. I tried 2 places that looked similar with this place but no sucess:

Sail north from Vera Cruz.
Save the game at the first coastal landmark you come to.
Walk inland from there and see if you see any landmarks that look like the map.
If not, reload the game at your saved position and sail north til you find another coastal landmark.
lather. Rinse. Repeat.

Actually, this tricksie works on most of these no-water or very-little-water maps. (With some exceptions, where there is a HUGE landmass between two cities, but that's not so lucky then...
