Aye...what would piratin' be without sturdy and reliable crewmates? _________________ I disgraced my own name and forgot to think of corn as the most obvious and only answer. |

It would be like the conditions on board my ship. Only 400,000 gold, and my 200 men are unhappy.
Unhappy about what? They've got seven months of food...it's not mom's home cooking, that's certain, but it's not meat on a stick, like what them boucaniers have to eat...
Unhappy about what? The music? I've got the concertina.
Unhappy about what? Not being invited to the ball? There's only enough water and soap for the Captain, so too bad. Besides, they wipe their noses with their sleeves. Governor's daughters don't like to see that.
It's time to fight a few sword fights of attrition, to get rid of the belly-achers among me crew....since I've captured all of the cities I want for now... _________________ Rule, Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves;

Sadly, Dave, I employ monkeys instead of crewmen. You don't have to pay them
but things tend to smell bad on the ship, plus, correcting their inane interpretations
of nautical terms gets really tedious. _________________ I disgraced my own name and forgot to think of corn as the most obvious and only answer. |

You do? What tavern can I find them in?
No, wait, I know how you recruit them. If you were to fasten some hollow coconuts to trees, and insert therein a shiny bead, or a certain kind of nut, basically, things that monkeys like, then you can capture them.
The monkeys will grab whatever is inside the coconut; however, because of the size of the hole, they won't be able to get their fist (clenched on the prize inside) out of the coconut. Then, you can grab the monkeys as they jump around, but refuse to abandon their treasure! Crafty, eh?

I've heard that monkeys fling their crap at each other. Is this true?
If it is, I might not recruit that fighting monkey after all... _________________ Rule, Britannia! Britannia, rule the waves;
