Does Cutlass Isle have a Bug???

I had to log on three times to make this post. Everything seemed normal when I logged on but the stuff on the right side of the page wasn't there. I wasn't too concerned. I could read the recent posts, check replies, but I could not post anything. It brought up the screen to make a post and let me put a title in but no text block. I had to exit out and try again twice.
