so walker decides on a plan, as he could not escape in time, he would change his flag to a french flag and run up a pirate flag on the merchant as soon as his crew could clear the deck of the other ship.

sadly, everything goes HORRIABLE WRONG! walker's men are cut to shreds as they are stalled by the merchant's crew and the frigate's crew take over his ship!
