I offer all the admission fee (but minimum 256 gold pieces) for the one and only who can accomplish the followings:
1. all the nations - except ONE - must be pissed off you.
2. You mustn't get any rank except the chosen nation
3. the difficulty level must be ROGUE
4. You get the most score (see below)
+ Please, don't use trainers, Photoshop, etc.... Smile

You score is the minimum bounty on your head among the three nations. The winner has the biggest score. The acceptable proof can only be a screenshot of your Personal Status Info Screen(DON'T post it, send it to me by email and donate me by 64 gold pieces. This is the admission fee. Your results will be concealed until the deadline.
You can send me as many screenshots as you want. The best is kept the others are ignored.

The deadline is 14 March 2005 0:00 CET
Then all the hidden info will be revealed and the winner will be announced.

For example:
Howie
1. Spanish: 40 gold bounty
2. English: Captain
3. French: 20 gold bounty
4. Dutch: 10 gold bounty
His score is 10

ruppertlittlebear
1. Spanish: 400.000 gold bounty
2. English: 300.000 gold bounty
3. French: Duke
4. Dutch: 5 gold bounty
His score is 5

The winner would be Howie!

I don't know if anyone is interested, but I made an attempt...

(Sorry for using your names, guys...)

I don't know if the second and third place is rewarded or not...

I will take on this challenge, sounds pretty fun! Twisted Evil
It will be quite challenging only using Pirate Havens & Indian Villages as ports. Is any time period OK?
As soon as my current pirate's career comes to an end I'll begin.

I'm almost done with my 1st run through the 1600s period. It is 1626 and I am a 44 year old English Duke in failing health. I did have a 210K bounty on my head from the Spanish but they forgave me for delivering the brother of a Jesuit to Campeche with a 'plea for amnesty'...

I kinda liked the huge bounty on my head better. Crying or Very sad

Sorry for rambling...

EDIT: Could you up the reward some? I'm sure you'll have more gold than you know what to do with by March. Smile

I'll give it a try Zem This sounds interesting. No getting married Crying or Very sad And no dancing! Very Happy Using just Pirate havens will be expensive but doable. Will have to keep an eye on which nation is at war with each other and make sure you keep your attacks on them ballanced. This sounds like a challenge indeed! I'm up for it! Very Happy

Don't forget, you can use the settlements as well for repairing and buying/selling things! But avoid escorting mayors! you lose your bounty on your head!!! Smile

I dont know - this would be pretty tough and also kill your points.

A better one would be total acres of land.

Pirating is not about getting points (for me)! If you really care the points, then you should choose the normal way (finding relatives, getting promotions, etc.).

You know the reason I chose this challenge is that there is a very popular topic about the max bounty. A lot of people proudly wrote his/her max bounty. I thought it would be more fun if there was a competition among them.

I admit, It's another interesting challenge to get the max acres of land!

It's good question. Providing the same conditions for everyone: the difficulty level is ROGUE.

thy will be done...

Hey Zem, another question.

Does the time period matter? I am about to start & was wondering. I'll go ahead & start one in the 1620s period...

Yup, I'm interested in the starting time period as well. I'm about to start a new game and could actually enter this contest with it... Smile

Also, as it comes to the bounty: what if everyone who wishes to enter donated 64 (or some other sum) gold to Zem who then added it to the prize?

I like the idea of an 'anty-up' Wolfwood. I'd be willing to contribute to the jackpot so to speak. Smile

BTW, I started my 1620s campaign as an evil, all-hating pirate & I must say it is difficult but much more gratifying than privateering so far.

I don't intend to set the time-period, it's your decision which period you start the game. I think everyone will choose the 1660. It seems the easiest way.

I updated the first post again. If you're interested in the contest don't hesitate starting a new game with the described attributes.

Do you have the guts? You can easily earn a lot of money!
