Maybe its really true Kristian95. Maybe your father did conquer the Carribbean 17 years ago when he played the first Pirates! game and you were but a wee lad.... Now you are all growed up and you are now conquering the Carribbean. In 17 more years your son will be conquering the Carribbean on the next game, Pirates 2- The sequel! See it could happen. Three generations of Pirates players in Kristians family. Thats real impressive if you ask me...

hahahaha actually that must've been my alter ego: me
I've played it back on the C64 (without having much of a clue about the game), on the Amiga (where I ruled!!) and on the PC (both the amiga version in an emulator and the gold version) prior to this version
