Contract Agreement

This contract (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this day, July 8, 2023, between The Puerto Princesa Bikini Team (“PPBT”) represented by [Name and Title] and Sir Duke Roland (“Sunscreen Technician”) represented by [Name and Title]. Collectively referred to as “Parties.”

1. Scope of Services:
a. Sunscreen Technician shall provide professional sunscreen application services to the members of PPBT during their beach events and photo shoots.

2. Duration:

b. Sunscreen Technician shall not disclose any information about PPBT or its members to third parties without prior written consent.
6. Indemnification:
a. Sunscreen Technician agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PPBT from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of the provision of their services.
b. PPBT shall not be held responsible for any injury or damages caused to Sunscreen Technician during the course of their duties.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the said jurisdiction.
8. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
