Ahoy Mates! (first post) 
I captured my first SOTL early in the game (yea me!) and had what I thought was a wonderful idea to populate it with lusty crewmen: I picked on merchants with escorts. My big idea being that I'd sink the escort then sail around plucking my new crew out of the drink while taking pot-shots at the merchant. The trouble is:
It seems as if the new recruits come on board at the same morale level as the current crew (unhappy). I'd think they'd be grateful for being saved from Davy Jones Locker and come on board happy! So I should be able to throw 'em back, right? Or at least dangle them over the side a bit? I think that if I had to option to make a few walk the plank it might improve a few attitudes if you take my meaning. 
Anyhow: great board here! I Love all the role-play. |

Welcome... if you hop onto the next merchant ship over to Rum's Cay (Age of Pirates)... you might find something interesting as well...
But, definitely... This board has so many users... definitely make the role playing really fun. |

Hehehe... Once the crew count is down to 1... I am sure the morale will instantly improved. |
