Neat. I come here sometimes, not as often as I once did. I'm a Gemini. I have no idea what that means. However, I was told this works better than, "I saw you from across the room, and I just HAD to know you."

Hmm.. Truth be told, I'd rather a man just be romantic than use some pick up line.. I'd sooner be moved by the "Saw you across the room" line... At least it makes the man seem more like he's genuinely interested, rather just on the hunt for some... booty (hey, it's a pirate chat, it works ;)).
Although.. neither really apply in this case, do they? :-P |

In real life I'm more the, "Hey there! Can I buy you a drink? Anybody sitting here? Mind if I do?" sort of guy. Then I try to think of something FUNNY to say. When the response is, "You can sit there 'til my boyfriend gets back," the humor thing sort of DIES. WHOA! I have little trouble getting into a conversation. However, a lot of gurls make the assumption I'm there for just ONE thing. They seem to overlook the fact they might have to have a personality of some depth, as well. I'm sure YOU'RE not that type of lady, (if in the Internet world one can be sure you're a lady at all...or that I'm a dude for that matter.)

Yeah.. I don't even bother with the guys who are so full of themselves that they think they can get anyone. Personality is key. It's what's inside that matters most. Hmm.. That's probably why I don't go looking for love in bars...
As for that picture, no, I can't be sure that that is, in fact, you. However, most of the people in this forum aren't who they say they are, anyway... So I would think it shouldn't matter much at the moment. We're just pirates, right? Arrr... ;)
