I use "The Freebooter" for my flagship.
I know it's just another name for a pirate, but it sounds cool. |

I've had both El Pollo Diablo which is something like The Devil Chicken and I've had the Black Pearl, which was a Treasure Galleon I actually got up to 16 knots in a battle. _________________

I am way too familiar with the red tide....
I think, on principle, I would have to attack you on site! _________________ "I am hurt, but I am not slain;

I sail the Man of War (Ship of the Line) "Morrigan", named for the ancient Celtic goddess of battle and death. And, thanks to headrock, I have become adept at using this fine ship in battle, and it is only when I make a mistake that I take even the slightest hit. _________________ "Nevermind the pistols, break out them fiddles, boys!" |

I sometimes like to keep the names that the ships come with to give them a little history. The "Guillaume" was a french frigate that was lost off the coast of Martinique while acting as a troop transport for the invasion of Antigua.
When I rename the ships, I tend to forget little things like that. Sometimes I do rename them though. Names I've used in the past include "Majestic", "Leitr Elska", "Bloody Harlot", and "Wretched Whore", depending on the ship.
My current ship is a brigantine called the "Filthy Daughter". |

berwatchey,
No, I just hate the red tide!
I live and fish on the gulf coast and last year was really bad. I camped at Fort Desoto last week and the fishing was still off. Lots of bait, but very few large fish ( Trout, Reds or Snook).
Death to the RED TIDE! _________________ "I am hurt, but I am not slain;

Although I have a soft spot for naming my ships after ones from the period in the Royal Navy. Like the Royal Sovereign or Hood. Then again I call one of my ships Dark Journey dunno why just like the name |
