I THINK I figured it out.
1. Start the trainer, then start a new game.
2. Sail to a city that is not currently one of the teleport cities, pause the game before entering that city.
3. Hold down the alt key and press the tab key to switch to the trainer screen.
4. Select the "Teleport" tab.
5. Hold down the Ctrl key and press the 2 key (the one that also has the @ symbol on it).
6. Hold down the alt key and press the tab key to switch back to the game.
7, Save the game.
The next time you play Pirates using the trainer and the saved game you created in step 7, when you press the Alt-2 key combination you will be transported to the 'new' destination city, although in the trainer it still shows Panama.
This seems to work, but might not function under all circumstances.

Been awhile since I’ve used the trainer but yes it’s possible to change a destination point of a city that’s listed in a game in the trainer and other waypoints as well. Button text could even be replaced say for the East Indies mod you could set the cities to some of those and even rename the buttons to the name of the cities your going to. Way points to like it let’s you go to certain passages or channels why those points could be changed and would need to be in the East Indies in order to work properly because it’s a different map. Teleport to the top ten pirates etc is done automatically as it finds then wherever they be located. |

I currently don't have it on my laptop but will be getting it soon to check out my ballrooms and lost city. Anyway in the main folder their should be files you can open probably by notepad buttons are likely listed like the city name for example one might say Nevis then change the text to Madam Pearls Whorehouse then save it. might try shorter name than that. |

I can't figure out which file it would be, neither the hotkeys.ini nor the piratedata.ini files seem to be the one. |

I took a brief look at it. I thought they can be changed but i didn't see anything even with a hex editor. I might have scrolled to fast. possible it part of the interface. Anyway it can still be used in the East Indies and the points can be changed but may have to wright down somewhere which button goes to which city. |

There isnt specifically an offset for GoG
But if its the same as the Steam version try the Bigpond/Trymedia SMP as thats what the steam version of the game uses

hi, i need your help ....
how do i get it running?
Steam, Windows 10,
it only starts but no window etc apears, i hear sounds while pressing the buttons during the game, but no changes in the game happen.
(tryed als to run it as admin like written in the first post) |

... the only thing ... i cant get the dance boos working... Alt+D, but doesnt changes anything... the young fellow is just stumbling, triping and kicking arround like before ...
how can i change that? |
