Glad your keeping them entertained. I got some goodies to play when I get done with mine. Spent all morning on the Spanish ballroom and still ain’t done with it. Then I got two more to do and tavern work and a few other things. This mod looks interesting and the European mod. Thanks. |

Cheers. Feel free to combine and chop and change things, I'm currently playing with that Scottish mod mixed in with new cities and new graphics. I still love your taverns with the glasses and bottles visible |

Don't quote me on this but I believe it's the first 3 numbers, backward.
So go here: https://www.rgbtohex.net/hex-to-rgb/
And notice that FF 76 18 (those Dutch numbers backwards) makes orange.
At the top right of the page you can switch to RGB to hex, but since all-black is just 0, 0, 0 then the equivalent hex would be 00 00 00 (or try 01 01 01 if that doesn't work, close enough). No need to reverse it backwards since it's all the same.
I think I pulled the Scottish RGB from their flag and then just plugged it into that converter, reversed the three numbers, and wrote it over those Dutch numbers |

Actually it looks like the Pirate black is 40 40 40, which translated from hex is 64 64 64 (the RGB) - so more of a really dark grey instead of black. Programmers must have thought it was easier on the eyes:
