Can anyone help with this map?

This is from the Wii version...hopefully that doesn't make a difference.
I can't seem to find either of the land marks and I feel like I've searched all over.

looks to me like those landmarks may be in one of the lakes of Florida. If I recall correctly you can't land your crew and search over land, but use the spyglass to look inland to find lakes and land marks in those lakes, that might just do it. _________________ HaP! Real Pirates hang out there! |

I agree. The coastline in the NE corner is the E coast of Florida, south of St. Augustine. The coastline in the S is the north end of Lake Okeechobee. |

I never could find the landmarks, but I just searched the land south of St. Augustine and found it fairly quickly.
Thanks for your help. I think I understand better how the maps work now.

Yep. That water at the bottom of the map is Lake Okeechobee. |
