Also known as Cheng I Sao, Ching Shih is not only the most successful of all female pirates, she is also the most fascinating. She gained equality to her husband, the pirate Cheng and took over his operation upon his demise. She ordained her husband’s second-in-command, her adopted son, Cheung Po Tsai, the captain of her fleet (which equaled that of all the other most successful pirates combined). Beautiful and a former prostitute, Captain Sao controlled more than 1,500 ships with 80,000 men, and robbed and taxed towns, plundering ships along the coast of the South China Sea, all the while enforcing a strict code of conduct upon her men. She also married her adopted son, Chang Pao. When the Chinese government offered her universal pirate amnesty in exchange for peace, she accepted. Her pirates, on the other hand, were able to keep their riches and were given military jobs. She lived out her 69 years in charge of a casino and brothel with her husband.
We have the East Indies mod....but not a scenario for the most successful pirate, shear lunacy I say! |

It would be easy enough to change let's say Henry Morgan to this woman's name and even rename his ship too but he is not going to look look like her without a nif and texture upgrade. |

Actually Like you I'm not cozy with playing a fem. But as the #1 pirate in the scenario she would be bad.
Blackbeard could be reworked to Fu Man Chu.
Wonder if we could give her a SOTL? Fully armed from the get go. She is probably more suited as the replacement for Monty and her stepson replacing Ray. I seeing mandiuscreel's pc female with the Asian style double leg slit dress low cut, two katana swords on her back long hair down the front the bad ass lucy lui look from kill bill. yeah. |

I have the sea vixen mod and tried it out myself but it just isn't me so I switched back in a hurry. The thought of Asian females replacing ray and Monty is both a superb idea if not a bit scary. Nothing in the world meaner than a pissed off Asian girl. As for the SOTL the trainer is proof that the ships can be changed for these characters. Not sure though how to edit the .exe myself. Anyway cool idea. We need a all female bargirl top ten or nine I should say pirate's and we may never become the #1 pirate again. |

I would replace Stede Bonnet before I replaced Blackbeard. Say what you will about Blackbeard's "success" as a pirate, I would say his fame speaks for itself.
(Though Bart Roberts was the best "Golden Age" Caribbean pirate of the era!)

I agree Blackbeard was a good choice but not Stede Bonnet when they created this game. Yes I know who Blackbeard was and he deserves his place in history. This is a game though and would it not be nice to switch things around a bit rather then sail around in the Caribbean forever and battle the same people over and over. Lets spice this game up a little and when the urge to fight Blackbeard returns and it will why he can always be brought back. It is not just Blackbeard but it was all of them including Ray and Monty that we wanted to make girls out of. If Jack Rackham was half the pirate that Anne bonny was he would have fought like a man, and not be hanged like a dog so lets respect the girls too. Blackbeard deserves his place in history but so does Ching Shih and oh well it just would be nice to fight something that looks better than me for a change. That's my two cents worth. |

OK, I get you; I misunderstood your original statement. Now that I get it, I agree; a little more diversity would be fantastic (as long as the region matches  ).

screen of the GD as Ching Shih. This is only the texture. Have to rework the hair, face and eyes and add 2 panels to make the double slit traditional Chinese dress. Oh yeah 2 crossed Sai's on the back. |
