OpenXcom is a free open-source reimplementation of the original X-COM

OpenXcom is an open-source clone of the original UFO: Enemy Unknown (X-Com: UFO Defense in USA), licensed under the GPL and written in C++ / SDL.

X-Com is a simulation of an alien invasion of earth.
X-COM is a series of strategy videogames originally made by MicroProse, where the player takes control of an organization to fight off an alien menace invading Earth.
