I had already defeated Montalban and was going after Raymondo who was in Cumana. I left Santa Catalina and when i got above Maraciabo, I saw a ship that just said 'Evil Spaniard'. It wasn't Raymondo, who was it? Does anyone know? |

Weird, maybe a glitch, sometimes it generates multiples i.e. if you do the beautiful daughter steps at multiple ports and she's kidnapped multiple times? |

Yes, it is possible to have lots of Colonel Mendozas sailing around.
In any case, if you saved the game, run it through the pirates_savegame_editor and you can read all about that shop |
