I figured it out so anyone coming here for that info (including me in the future) here's how:

Go to your install folder and locate the file "CtlPrefs.xml"
Don't double click to open it, right click and choose OPEN WITH -> WORDPAD (not NOTEPAD)
Change the lines:
<PixWidth>800</PixWidth>
<PixHeight>600</PixHeight>

TO:
<PixWidth>1920</PixWidth>
<PixHeight>1080</PixHeight>

Save as a TEXT file in a different location like your desktop in case you have to delete the .txt extension and make it .xml
** Your OS may name it CtlPrefs.xml.txt after the save as text file option
--> Delete the original .xml and replace with the new one.

ignboards was the modding resource location of choice for this game.
Surprising amount was done for this game back in the day about
2007-8. Not the easiest game to mod, but they got there in the end.
Even more surprising a lot of the mods appear to be still available.

replace the files contained in the folder:
\\–my install folder–\data\PC\Textures\Photoshoot
by the file provided in photoshoot.zip.

restart the game.

Then during the next photo shot, you will be able to choose between 4 different totally nude textures !!!
