Pirate Films with Issues
Films that cannot be added to the main Pirate Film Thread
because of Various issues, such as no Eng Language Dub version found
yet or lacks Eng Subtitles etc
Maybe in the future, advances in AI will lead to the creation of
say English Dubbed Audio using the vocal characteristics of the
original actor (English Audio mimic/Impression using the original audio
track as a source) as well as generating English sub-title captions
We are already at CGI generated actors, Audio translated speech in
Actor's English voice should be hopefully be forthcoming.
Movie colorization should have also improved since the 1980s
(Hollywood needs to talk to NASA on colorization)

If there is not say English subtitles available to download, grab another language and run the text through a Translation tool
(keep the format but replace the subtitle text)
and save the english text as movie filename.srt
(may prefer to edit this to improve the translation)

(not going further beyond outlining the concept, try a google search
for more info)
Unless you have a media player capable of streaming the movie
from the internet as well as selecting a local subtitle file
(possibly VLC media Player)
A USB memory stick with both the Movie file and subtitle srt file
Select subtitles in your VLC media player or Blue ray player
during playback
Purchase a Retail English Dub DVD (or Blue Ray Disc)
or with English Subtitles if available is a more convenient option

HD Disk ripping Format of choice so useful to have playback capability

The continuation of the adventures of Captain Robert Surcouf and his crew
Charged with a secret mission by Napoleon, privateer Robert Surcouf

The privateer Robert Surcouf, commander of the "Revenant", swings towards Mahé, a British port in the Indian Ocean, which he intends to seize by surprise.
Everything went as planned and Surcouf left Mahé a few hours later, taking precious loot on board.
But retaliation is not long in coming - and it is terrible.
Back in Saint-Malo, Surcouf learns that his brother Nicolas has been captured and taken away by the English.
The privateer, furious, immediately sets course for the island of Mahé, with the firm intention of saving the unfortunate man, promised to the gallows. The game promises to be difficult.

The era of the feared sea pirates Klaus Störtebeker and Gödeke Michels is coming to an end. After a long period with no booty at last a bulging ship appears on the horizon. However, Störtebeker is badly wounded in the attempted capture and the pirates suffer ignominious defeat.
Not only their ship is down the drain - Störtebeker himself is suddenly plagued by anxiety and doubt about his very existence as a pirate. He is drawn to the beautiful country girl Bille, while Michels gets rebuffed by the friesian princess Okka.
In the very moment that the crew have mutinied and co-captain Michels is literally at the end of his tether, they discover on board their ramshackle old tub a most unique wonder weapon.
Glory days are quickly revived - until the mighty Hanse consolidate their power and weaponry and go to war against the pirates. Störtebeker and Michels are forced to decide: To live as a farmer or to die as a pirate.

Released in 2009, 12 Meter Ohne Kopf (40 ft Headless) is a comedy centred around Klaus Störtebeker (Roland Zehrfeld) and his brother at arms, Gödeke Michels (Matthias Schweighöfer). When ambushed and wounded during one of their raids, Störtebeker has second thoughts about being a pirate, whereas Michels persues this passion with ever more eagerness. This dichotomy will prove to be troublesome as the Hanseatic League has come up with a plan to get rid of them for good.
