DirectPlay is now a deprecated feature in Windows 10, reserved mostly
for running old video games

To enable DirectPlay

Control Panel, and select 'Programs'.
Select 'Turn Windows features on and off'(At The Top Left),
click on 'Legacy Components' and check the box 'DirectPlay'.
Select OK, once the installation is done, restart your computer
